Simple Meal Plan

Hey Friend! I’m sharing our upcoming simple meal plan and I hope it can help you get an idea or two or for your whole week! I’ve been trying lots of new recipes and my goal is to find seven really good ones that can be my main weekly meal plan. I want every night to feature a meal that we are all excited about. I think we are almost there.

Breakfasts, Lunches, & Snacks

Breakfasts for the kids are normally bars. I struggle a lot in this area, but bars seem to be the kids’ favorites. Lunches have been salad bars and it’s been a big hit. Snacks are normally fruit or veggies or gummy snacks.

Dinners

Monday: Zuppa Toscano Soup. I tried this paleo version there other day and it was really good. This soup is so cozy!

Tuesday: Chicken Sheet Pan with Veggies. The secret sauce really makes this meal!

Wednesday: Baked Potatoes and Salads. This meal is so budget friendly. Plus, I buy the big bag of potatoes at Sam’s and it goes into three different meals this week.

Thursday: Tacos and Black Beans. This one is always a favorite. We love plain ole beef tacos, but if you are looking for a fancier recipe you can try these Shrimp Tacos.

Friday: Crockpot Vegetable Soup, Tomato Bisque, and Cornbread. The kids requested this meal. Who doesn’t love a good cozy soup?

Saturday: Burger Bowls. This has become a new favorite!

Sunday: Roman Chicken. My most favorite meal ever! So yummy!

I hope our simple meal plan helps you as you brainstorm your own meal plan. I’m looking forwards to this week because it has a few really good crockpot recipes in it, which makes dinner time so much easier! And it has some really yummy soups! Until next time!
