I started decorating for fall the last week of August.

I’m not even going to apologize because I LOVE it! Fall is just my favorite time of year. I love crisp mornings, football on Saturdays, bonfires at night, and PUMPKINS. Give me all of the pumpkins. We even planted some pumpkins in our garden, but sadly they aren’t even close to being picked. So, I had to go out and buy lots and lots of fake ones.

But do you know why else I love to pull out the pumpkins? Because we are closer to Christmas! Seriously, it’s like the best four months of the entire year. Pumpkins, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. These are four of my favorite things.

Let’s talk about pumpkin options. Of course, the traditional orange pumpkins are out there. But I’ve been digging the white and green tones…oh, and throw in some gray ones. My go-to pumpkin stores are TJ Maxx, Michaels, and Target. I also grabbed some things from Hobby Lobby, but I’m not ranking it up there with the others.

TJ Maxx has the prettiest pumpkins. Think glitter and lace details. Michaels has some great plasticy ones that you don’t have to worry about breaking. And Target, oh sweet Target. If you can snag some, Target has the best velvety fabric pumpkins for $1. My fingers are crossed that you find some.
