I remember Walmart’s flocked tree being all the rage last year, but I wasn’t in the place to spend lots of money on Christmas decor. But I saw plenty of them on IG and I wondered if that was even a look I really wanted to try. The difference a year can make, right? I have bought a whopping four Christmas trees, a wreath, and lanterns from Walmart this year and they have all far exceeded my expectations!
I’m going to share a few of the ones I have and I’m going to link them, but I can’t guarantee that they will be available because they are selling out so quickly.
This is the $12 flocked tree in a burlap base. In case you are wondering, I have a bowl turned upside down with a plate on top of it. You can buy this tree here. I had a couple of questions on IG whether or not it will hold ornaments. It will hold up light ornaments, but I wouldn’t expect it to hold anything with a little weight.
This is the famous flocked $30 tree. No lights and it’s six foot tall. To give it extra height, I have it on a crate flipped over. If you are looking for a budget-friendly tree, this is it. The flocking makes the branches “crunchy”, giving it depth that an unflocked tree doesn’t have. You can order it here.
This flocked wreath was under $10 and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I love the simple, classic look of this wreath. I bought the bow from Walmart as well. I think it was $3?? I know they aren’t shipping this wreath, but you can check to see if it’s available at a store near you here.
I can’t wait to share more as we deck our halls. We are getting our real tree this week (I hope!). And I want to see your Walmart trees so tag me on social media!
